He is survived by: his caregiver April Newkirk; his adoptive children, Mirandia Belvin (Marcus), Edward Newkirk and Jordan Newkirk; and his siblings, Priscilla Cobb (Marvin), Aileen Lockhart, Theodore Bullock, Jr., Sidney Bullock and Ronald Bullock (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greater SIX Runs Missionary Baptist Church (400 6 Runs Church Rd, Turkey, NC 28393). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
