Mabel Waters Outland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2020, at the age of 89, Mabel Waters Outland (Faison, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Novie Waters and Mary Waters of Faison; and her siblings, Earl Waters of Lake City, Florida and Lucile Welch of College Station, Texas.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Randy Outland (Karen) of Kinston, NC and Joan Freeman (Louis) of Wake Forest, NC; and her grandchildren, Amanda Johnson (Ryan) of Clayton, NC, Paul Outland (Lindsay Magido) of Asheville, NC and Laura Graham (Chad) of Beaufort, NC. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the SPCA.
