He is survived by: his parent Nettie Hairr Rackley; his children, Delynn Rackley and Bonnie Miller (Don); his sister Bobby Rackley (Gina); his grandchild Elizabeth Pate; and his son Bobby Rackley. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and his best friend.
