He is survived by: his wife Ruth Coley Carter; his sons-in-law, Melissa C., Reed Lewis of Rosewood, Stacy C., Vidzdan Hadzijahic of Goldsboro, Kelia C., Alfredo Aguiler of Willow Springs, Shelia C. and Tony Baldwin of Clinton; his siblings, Ann Bohn (Kevin) of Perry, Diane Blackburn of Warsaw, Jerry Carter of Warsaw and Ervin Carter (Donna) of Warsaw; and also Lexi Lewis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
