He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Hobbs and Flonnie Parker Hobbs; and his siblings, Martha Wolfe (June), Ola Mae Hill (Roscoe), Doretha Hobbs, Sadie Bell Faison and Kenneth Hobbs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
