He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Jennings Sasser and Diana Grantham Sasser; and his sisters, Eva Pender and Cecil Messer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia C. Sasser; his children, Jeff Sasser of Garner's Chapel, Mount Olive, Kevin Raybon of Kenansville and Kim Orrell of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Lee Sasser of Greenville, Kayla Orrell of Wilmington and Lexie Orrell of Wilmington; and his nieces, Penny Williams and Pam Bates.
