She is survived by: her son Dow Carter; her daughter-in-law Leslie Carter; her daughter Cathy Johnson; her son-in-law David Johnson; her sister Ellen Johnston; her brother-in-law Terry Johnston; her grandchildren, Lee Kennedy (Kelly Milam), Blair Kennedy, Jeff Morrison, Ben Carter and Alex Carter; her great grandchildren, Madison Kennedy and Paige Martin; her great great grandchild Greyson Smith; and also Johnny Bell.
