She is survived by: her husband Jim Burrell; her daughters, Pamela Ogle, Amber Reece and Gina Lance Myers (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Chad Heatherly, Brent Heatherly (Jessie), James Smith (Pamela), Mitch Austin (Kim), Samantha, John Joyner, Trevor Lance (Whitney) and Trenton Lance; her adoptive sons, Charles Smith, Lyle Lance and Dwayne Myers; her close friend Jean Burton; and her great grandchild Lyle. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
