He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Curtis, Sr. and Juanita Jean Leslie Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gilley Burrell; his son Ralph Curtis Burrell, III (Crystal); and his siblings, Freida Burrell and Gwynn Burrell (Hope).
