He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph T. Hopper and Audrey "Susie" Bryan Hopper; and his brother Ralph Thomas "Tommy" Hopper. He is survived by: his daughter Cassie H. Merritt (Kenneth) of Fairview; his siblings, Marie Foster, Janet Buckner, Debra Root, Don Hopper and Ricky Hopper; his granddaughters, Hailey and Kallie Merritt; and the mother of his child Tara Williams.
