Mickey Plemmons Camby Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2022, at the age of 88, Mickey Plemmons Camby of Fairview, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burder Plemmons and Sallie Smith Plemmons; her husband Robert Lee Camby Jr.; her siblings, Mabel Morgan, Virginia Corn and Harold Plemmons; her son-in-law John Thomas; and her pet Max.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Lee Camby and Michelle Simmons; and her grandchildren, Nina Camby, John Thomas, Jared Thomas, Madison Simmons, Jared Kay, Emily Freck and Justin Kay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to either Ecclesia Baptist Church (of which she was a faithful member), PO Box 2365 Fairview, NC 28730 or to the Asheville Humane Society, 14 Forever Friend Lane, Asheville NC 28806.
