She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Juanita Tolley and Winfred Tolley of Hot Springs; her husband Frank Welenc of Daytona Florida; her friend Billy Roberts of Lonesome Mountain; her siblings, Charles Robert Tolley of Marshall and Judy Tolley Gentry of Asheville; her nieces, Caroline Davis of Marshall, Carmen Gentry of Hendersonville, Hannah McDonald of Leicester and Elizabeth Ayers of Mars Hill; and her aunts, Helen Lawson of Kernersville and Mauvelline Lawson of Denver, NC.. She was also cherished by four grand nieces, and two grand nephews.
