He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Johnson; his daughter Mary Ann Sluder; and his brother Rex Monroe Sluder. He is survived by: his mother Alice Mae Ingle of Fairview; his children, Jessica Sluder, Michael Edwards and Sherman Sluder; and his granddaughter Izabelle Sluder.
