He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Revis and Lloyd Revis; his sister Olene Revis; and his great grandchildren, Talon Wycoff and Baby J Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Thompson, Krista Courtney and Nate Revis; his siblings, Lloyd Revis, Jr., Linda Hembree and Tenna Behm; his grandchildren, Austin Crouse, Maverick Courtney, Haley Thompson, Aubrey Thompson and Emorie Courtney; and his pet Kimo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
