He was predeceased by: his parent John Gregory; his wife Athleen Gregory; his daughters, Shirley Gregory and Wanda Rice; and his brothers, Donald Gregory and Bill Gregory.

He is survived by: his parent Minnie Morrow Gregory; his wife Sharon Roberts Gregory; his stepchildren, Patricia Diane Cutshaw, Ronnie Dewayne and Tommy Lee Cutshaw; and his sister Jean Hickman.
