He was predeceased by: his parents, Flynn Price and Emaline Brooks Price; and his brother Jim B. Price. He is survived by: his wife Ann Haigler Price; his sons, Chad Price (Kerry) and Rodd Price (Rita); his grandchildren, Whitney Price Herman (Mike), Cameron Price, Jackson Price, Jessica Price, Joshua Price and Matthew Price; his great grandchild Waverly Ann Herman; his sister Mary Vern Shannon of Reidsville, NC; and his sister-in-law Barbara Price of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
