We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2020, at the age of 92, Christine Eason Garris (Fairview, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barry Eason and Eula Smith Eason; her husband Ralph McKinley Garris; her brother Al Eason; and her son-in-law Cooper Edmondson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Garris Edmondson of Goldsboro and Crystal Garris Horne (Gary Rhyne Horne) of Pittsboro; her grandchildren, Ty Edmondson (Kimberly), Scott Edmondson (Anne), Kris Edmondson (Katy), Derrick Jones (Katie), Travis Jones (Megan) and Kyle Jones (Whitney); her stepgrandchildren, Rhyne Horne (Lindsay) and Britt Horne; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Scott Jr., Becca, McKinley, Cooper IV, Virginia, Mance, Jake, Eli, Sam, Margaret, Emily, Caroline and Everly; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kallen, Maddox and Lexi; and her niece Jane Eason Richter.
