He is survived by: his children, Donna (Jim McHone) of Pilot Mountain, Lisa (Patrick Payne) and Tim (Susan Merrill); his grandchildren, Jill (Sam), Kimberly (Jody), Jonathan (Crystal), Kyle (Carter), Marlowe (Jordan), Emily, Elizabeth and Grace; his great grandchildren, Malee, Joseph, Ava, Avalynn, Daniel, Garrett, River, Emmerson, Jack and Charlotte; and his sister JoAnn Mason of St. Petersburg, FL..
