He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenda Foor, Sara Lackey and Howard Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his sons, Timothy M. Lackey of Fairview and Michael A. Lackey (Claire) of Hendersonville; his siblings, Johnny Lackey of Bryson City, NC, Ronnie Lackey of Charlottesville, VA, Lois Buckner of Arden and Mary Helen Fox of Rock Hill, SC; and his granddaughter Hannah E. Lackey of Hendersonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
