William Franklin Carter Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Welton Carter and Elvie Carter of Fairmont, NC.; his sons, Tony Hunt and Shawn F. Carter; his former wife Cattie Bell Carter; and his siblings, Luke, English, Evirt, Johnny, Grace Locklear and Quennie Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Carter; his children, Rev. Dwayne Hunt (Connie), William Spencer Carter (Melanie), Victoria Collins (Mitch), Loutrina Hunt Carter and Willette Francine Oxendine (Gary); and his stepchildren, Donald Tubbs (Angela), Teresa Tubbs, Michael Tubbs, Diana Baker (Shane) and James Tubbs (Rhonda). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
