He is survived by: his stepdaughter Charlotte Delong of Rowland, NC; his sisters, Libby Keathly (James) of Greensboro, NC, Regina Locklear of Raeford, NC and Connie Oxendine (Arnold Ray); and his close friend Julianne Locklear of Fairmont, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
