He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Sinclair and Mattie Sinclair; and his brother Lee Williams of Robert Sinclair, J. C. He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Sinclair; his children, James W. Taylor (Alyssa I. Taylor), Raymond Burnette of Lumberton, NC and Michelle Burnette of Lumberton; his siblings, Esther Sinclair of Fayetteville, Esther Williams of Thomasville, NC and Monroe "June" Sinclair; and his close friend Jack Sinclair. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
