He was predeceased by: his parents, Josh Bullard and Flora C. Bullard; his siblings, Eunice Bullard, Josh Bullard Jr., Halbert Bullard and Billy Ray Bullard; and his son James Kody Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Bullard; his children, Joann Rocha (Ines) of Rowland, Jessie Bullard, Gail Bullard of Lumberton and Glenn Bullard (Carol) of Rowland; his siblings, Marcie Smith of Maxton, Waymond Bullard (Christine) of Maxton, Willard Bullard of Maxton and John Bullard (Annie B.) of Red Springs; and his grandchildren, Eric Bullard (Lindsay), Angelica Walters (Adam), Guwanna Rocha, Selena Rocha and Enrique Rocha. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
