He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ray and Susan Brannon. He is survived by: his wife Ann Floyd Ray; his children, James Ray of Fairmont, NC, Thomas F. Ray, Jr. of Arlington, TX, Page Callihan of Fairmont, NC and Kimberly Callihan of Fairmont, NC; and his brothers, John D. Ray of Supply, NC and Dave Ray of Toronto, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
