It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Soles of Fairmont, North Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dozier Soles and Desie Soles. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Phillips (Charles) of Kingsport, TN, Linda Miller of Tabor City and Marith Phillips of Tabor City; her sister Lela O Ruiz-Rosario (Victor) of Fairmont; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Hill, Mitchell Fowler Jr., Kimberley Fowler, Stacy Fowler, Jordan Fowler, Brandon Fowler and Abby Brown. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
