It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jenkins (Fairmont, North Carolina), who passed away on May 6, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Jenkins; and her siblings, Thomas, Henry, Lowell, Robert Oscar, Jr., Gerald Floyd, Ellen Rose Floyd McGirt and Willie Floyd Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Jenkins, Jennifer Jenkins Britt, Julia Jenkins Edwards and Cindy Jenkins Beard; her grandchildren, Morgan Jenkins, Meredith Jenkins, Daniel Britt, Tyler Britt, Rebecca Krug, Rachael Beard, Richard Beard, Ruth Beard, Robert Beard, Ridge Beard, Reece Beard, Riley Beard, Reagun Beard, Emily Lloyd and Ethan Edwards; and her great grandchild Ada Lloyd.
