She is survived by: her husband Donnie Hammonds; her daughters, Faith Hammonds of Fairmont, NC and Hope Hammonds of Fairmont, NC; her brothers, Gregory Hammonds (Gwen) of Fairmont, NC and Jeffery Hammonds (Tracy) of Spring Lake, NC; her grandchildren, Hazel, Tienna, Dacota and Haylee; her niece Taylor Hunt of Fairmont, NC; and her great grandchildren, Everleigh Rose and Halle Mae Simons. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
