He is survived by: his mother Rosie Locklear of Lumberton; his stepmother Viola Locklear of Fairmont; his close friend Carol Potter; and his sisters, Lorraina Worley of Lumberton, Ivelisse Hunt of Lumberton, Mary Locklear of Lumberton and Shelly Locklear of Rowland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
