He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Burns of Saint Pauls and Dorothy Burns of Saint Pauls; his brother Ricky Burns; his wife Joan Livingston Burns; his children, Jeremy Burns (Meria) of Lumberton, NC, Jasmine Burns and Regina Stokes (Robert); his grandchild Wayden; his father-in-law Thomas Livingston of Fairmont, NC; his siblings, Reginald Burns Burns (Dora) of Hope Mills, Gladys Lucas of Paterson, NJ and Vickie Gaddy (Luther) of Eastern, PA.; his siblings-in-law, Dannie Livingston (Jennifer), Michael Livingston (Mavis), Judy Atkinson (Larry) and Chip Wade; and his aunt Carolyn Curry of Philadelphia, PA.. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
