He was predeceased by: his father Cleveland Oxendine Sr.; and his sister Wendy Oxendine. He is survived by: his mother Bernetha L. Oxendine of Fairmont, NC; and his siblings, Cleveland Oxendine Jr. (Patricia) of Fairmont, NC, Kenny Oxendine (Doris) of Fairmont, NC, Don Oxendine (Sindoria) of Fairmont, NC, Anita Oxendine of Fairmont and Gwen Oxendine of Fairmont. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
