He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walters and Bertha Hayes Walters; and his siblings, Gutherie Walters, Roger Walters, Geraldine Ivey, Margaret Richardson and Sara Bass.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lacy Walters (Belinda) of Charlotte, Ronald Walters of Gastonia and Betty Kirby of Mullins; and his sister-in-law Pam Walters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Floyd Funeral Services Chapel (1549 Marion Stage Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
