He was predeceased by: his mother Janet F. Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Spence Floyd; his children, Patrick Floyd IV and Dawn Floyd Shadoan; his grandsons, Alex Shadoan and Eric Shadoan; and his siblings, Larry C. Floyd (Mamie), Phillip M. Floyd (Karen) and Mary Janet Floyd Maxwell (Rick). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
