She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Thompson and Lavana Thompson; her brothers, Jerry and Richard Thompson; and her sister-in-law Ann Thompson (Willie Lee Madison Jr.).
She is survived by: her children, Felecia Renee, Lisa Thompson, James, Quran Thompson and Lyndia Thompson; her daughter-in-law Denice Martin-Thompson; her close friend Hyott Simon; her siblings, Leondas Thompson, Barbara T. Williams, Wilbert Thompson Jr. (Linda), Peggy Green (Frank) and Daniel Thompson; her sisters-in-law, Margie Ford Jones, Flora and Tracey Thompson; her grandchildren, Michael Thompson, Kenneth Thompson, Telisha Thompson, Ciara Harris, Jon-Marc Johnson Jr., Quran Thompson Jr., Tenisha Thompson, ReNayla Johnson, Serenity Thompson, Raesean Greer, Jaequan Greer and Qurin Thompson; and also, Sandra Simon and Yvette Williamson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, dear friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (301 N Main St, Fairmont, NC 28340). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In addition to her career, Ollie pursued further education in medical billing and earned her real estate license, making significant contributions to her field.
