With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neal Wade Hunt Sr. of Fairmont, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Hunt and Sallie Mae Hunt; his daughter Danielle Locklear; and his sister Debbie Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Martha Locklear; his children, Bobbie Jo Hunt of Red Springs and Rev. Neal Wade Hunt Jr. of Pembroke; his siblings, Janet Welsh, Billy Hunt, Tony Hunt and Jeffery Hunt; his grandchildren, Keirsten, Klarissa, Kellan and Kaiden; and his great grandchild Zayn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boles Funeral Home Chapel (312 W Main St, Rowland, NC 28383). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
