It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona Jacobs Hunt of Fairmont, North Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Osroe Jacobs, Sr. and Estelle Hunt Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Evan Hunt (Joschetta) of Greer, SC, Neal Hunt (Donna) of Raeford, NC, Lynothan Hunt (Francisca) of Fayetteville, NC, Sharlon Jacobs of Pembroke, NC and Misty Hunt of Lumberton; and her siblings, Osroe Jacobs, Jr. of Gastonia, NC, Kirk Jacobs (Earlene) of Lumberton, NC, Rosie Lee (Charles) of Raeford, NC, Dardnella Turner of Fairmont, NC and Elsie Pait of Highpoint, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
