It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millie Gray Oxendine Hunt (Fairmont, North Carolina), who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepfather Robert Taylor; her daughter Donna René Hunt; and her siblings, Toby Carter, Elbert Oxendine, Jr., Glenn Oxendine, Daryl Hunt, Karen M. Torrey and Carolyn Hunt.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie L. Hunt of Lumberton; her children, Henry Hunt (Angie) of Lumberton, Rosalind H. Strickland (A. C.) of Lumberton and Carol H. Efird (Junior) of Parkton; her sisters, Peggy McArthur (Jerry) of St. Pauls, Linda Graham of Lumberton, Ann McGirt (Terry) of Fairmont and Jennifer Carter (Donnie) of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Hannah, Rebekah, Beth and Liz; her great grandchildren, Kylasia and Kaylee; her nephews, Kevin Chavis and Evan Davenport; her cousin Janice Oxendine; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Lewis of Lumberton and Mary Davenport of Fairmont. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
