He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh George Collins and Grace Elizabeth Martin Collins; and his siblings, Hugh G. Collins, Jr. and Betsy Grace Collins. He is survived by: his wife Annelle Gaddy Collins; his son Alexander M. Collins (Crystal) of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Mason Collins, Brittney Collins and Andrew Collins (Dawnmarie) of Murrells Inlet, SC; his great grandchildren, Mia Grace Collins and Tamara Collins Kemp (Jennifer Hickman) of Lumberton; and also, Alexis Kemp, Avery Kemp, Alaina Kemp, Lennon Hickman, Hayden Hickman and John R. Collins of Lumberton.
