He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hunt; his son Anthony Wade Jacobs (Victoria Olo); his grandchildren, Hayley Michelle Jacobs and Anthony Wade Jacobs, Jr.; his children, Vernon Lynn Hunt, Leangelo Scott and Kamesha Scott; and his siblings, Sandy Jane Bullard, Shirley Dial, Mary Ann Locklear, Carolyn Sue Chavis, Peggy Hunt, Bishop James Earl Hunt and Bishop James Bowman Hunt. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
