Landa Gaddy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2021, at the age of 86, Landa Gaddy of Fairmont, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Landa Gaddy to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurston Baker Sr. and Anna Mae Love Baker; and her siblings, Rufus Baker (Fennel), William Hal Baker and Marjorie Pollard.
She is survived by: her husband Henry David Gaddy Jr.; her grandchildren, Bryon Gaddy (Terry), Justin Gaddy, Michael Chatmon Jr., Jocelyn Chatmon, Ashley Gaddy and April Lee; her siblings, Lucy Evans, Doris Caroline Baker, Judy Chandler (Marvin Pete), Patricia Baker, Thurston Baker Jr. (Annie Ruth), Ricky Baker (Lois) and Lewis Baker (Evon); and also Judy Chandler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that a contribution be made in memory of Sister Landa Gaddy to the St Paul AME Church Alumni Fund to support scholarships for the young people.
