She is survived by: her children, Vernon Brown, Shelvia B. Jefferson of Linden, NC, Valeria Bullock of Newark, NJ, Jorene B. Abdullah and Lizette Brown of Jersey City, NJ. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and a host of other caring relatives and friends.
