He is survived by: his wife Linda Pait Baxley; his children, John Wesley Baxley Jr. (Shannon) and Sharon Baxley Larmore (William); his grandchildren, Haley, Daniel, Sarah, Erin and Christa; and his brother Eddie Baxley.
