She is survived by: her husband Dr. Samuel Evans, Jr. of Fairmont, NC; her children, Brad Evans of Charlotte, NC, Matt Evans of Raleigh, NC and Dr. Anna Evans Keene (Chris) of Apex, NC; her siblings, Gary Smalley (Lorena) of Calabasas, CA and Paulette Pauley (Jim) of Chapel Hill, NC; and her grandchildren, Connor of Apex, NC, Skylar of Apex, NC and Levi Keene of Apex, NC. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
