He was predeceased by: his father James McNeill, Sr.; and his brothers, Archie and William Henry. He is survived by: his mother Mattie Mae McNeill of Fairmont, NC; and his sisters, Mattie Lee Stackhouse (Larry) of Fairmont, NC, Lillian McNeill, Brenda McNeill of Lumberton and Deloise McNeill of Trenton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
