He was predeceased by: his father Paul Lee Oxendine, Sr.; and his siblings, Peggy Hernandez, Paul Lee Oxendine, Jr., Marshall Oxendine, Dennis Wayne Oxendine and Doris Oxendine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sarah Locklear of Albemarle, Virginia Oxendine of Fairmont, Lynn Brooks (Armanuel) of Maxton and Jonhnsie Oxendine of Fairmont; and his aunt Launa Elk of Pembroke. He is also survived by 26 nieces, and nephews, many great-nieces and nephews as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
