She was predeceased by: her parents, Bunion Hunt and Elleree Hunt; her husband Herbert H. Freeman; her sons, Danny Lee Freeman and Harvey Freeman; her siblings, Willa Mae Brooks, Shirley Bullard, Barbara Hunt, Percell Hunt and Willie C. Hunt; and her daughter-in-law Diane Carter Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, James H. Freeman of Lumberton, Larry D. Freeman (Debbie) of Rowland, Verndell Freeman of Fairmont, Phillip Freeman (Stephanie) of Rowland, Nelson Freeman (Alisa) of Pembroke, Norma J. Blue (Eddie) of Fairmont, Darlene Carter (Wayne) of Rowland, Tammy Freeman of Lumberton and Sarah Hunt (Michael) of Rowland; and her siblings, Branford Hunt (Debbie) of Fairmont, Gladys Freeman of Lumberton, Brenda Carter (Ronald) of Lumberton, Rebecca Hunt of Fairmont and Blondie Oxendine (Waymond) of Red Springs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
