She is survived by: her children, Melinda Ann Dick (David) of Red Springs, Johnny Batton of Chesnee, SC and Neil Batton of Fairmont; and her siblings, Jean McRae (Danny) of Fairmont, Earl Grimsley (Jean-Carol) of Fairmont and David Simmons of Fairmont. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
