He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Cummings and Lula Mae Bartley Cummings; his siblings, Archie "Big Boy" Cummings, Jr., Jimmy Earl Cummings, Donald "Duck" Cummings, Junior Lee "Skeet" Cummings, Sadie Rae Locklear, Darlis Cummings, Quessie Mae Strickland and Dora Frances Oxendine; and his foster sister Madeline Carol Hunt.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Hunt, Chris LaClaire, Shawn Jones, Archie Wayne Jacobs, Chassie LaClaire and Lucindia Cummings; his close friends, Bill and Dana Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Cynthia Ann, Jenny Ann, Darlene, Annette, Sheila, Kawanna, Raquel, Courtney, Reva, Gregory, Jimmy Earl, Jr., Archie, Donald Lynn, Dale, Shane, Brandon and Bentley; and his sister-in-law Judy Cummings. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
