He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Musselwhite and Alma Willis Musselwhite of Robeson County; and his wife Vashti Britt Musselwhite. He is survived by: his daughters, Joan M. Spyhalski of Richmond, VA and Angelia M. Talley of Check, VA; his granddaughters, Anna K. Spyhalski, Leslie C. Spyhalski, Laura B. Talley and Catherine L. Talley; and his family, Cape Fear Valley Hospital and David.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Floyd Funeral Services Chapel (1549 Marion Stage Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (416 S Main St, Fairmont, NC 28340).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in David's name to Fairmont Baptist Church, Camp Grace or Baltimore Baptist Church.
