He is survived by: his wife Janie Hunt Ransom; his sons, David O'Neil Ransom (Justina) of Fairmont and Marcus O'Brian; his father Franklin Ransom of Fairmont; his siblings, Paul Ransom of Fairmont, Danny Ransom, Tony Ransom and Debbie Grimsley of Fairmont; and his grandchildren, Lillyonna Ransom, Brylyn Ransom and Scarlett Ransom. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
