He is survived by: the mother of his children Theresa Ann Smith; his sons, Charles Allen Jacobs (Candace) of Red Springs, NC, Brian Jacobs of Shannon, NC and Adrian Jacobs (Kayla) of Lumberton, NC; his grandchildren, Milaniya Jade Jacobs, Jeremiah Faulkner and Indya Benson; and his siblings, Martha Jane Hunt of Fairmont, NC, Vicky S. Locklear (Darryl) of Panama City, FL, Mike D. Jacobs (Jean Gail) of Raynham, NC and Ricky Lynn Jacobs (Vicky) of Fairmont, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
